Before ordering shoes, we recommend you measure the length of your feet to find the right size. Our chart may help you, but does not guarantee that the shoes fit.
To ascertain your measurement, stand on a ruler against a wall. Your measurement should include the entire length of your foot, measured from heel to longest toe.
Please measure both feet, and choose your size based on the largest measurement.
If your foot length equals the maximum on any of the measurements, please choose the next size up.

Your shoes and made with durable materials and a little bit of care will keep them looking and feeling great.
Leather is a natural product and we are proud to only use leather of the highest quality. It is coloured and treated minimally to preserve its natural look and properties. Variations in texture or small wrinkles and irregularities should not be seen as errors but rather proof that each shoe is unique. All our shoes are made individually-one at a time, hand stitched and completed by hand. We recommend keeping your Nature shoes away from direct heat and letting them dry naturally at room temperature if they are wet.
To care for your leather shoes, allow them to dry if wet, then wipe with a soft cloth or apply a soft brush to remove any dirt or debris. Then apply a good natural leather conditioner, allow to dry and buff with a soft cloth.
For the Eco range (rhubarb tanned leather) you may wish to use a protectant suede spray to preserve the appearance and water resistance of the leather as it is more delicate than our other leather.
Nubuck and Suede
Allow to dry if wet. Remove any dirt or debris by brushing with a soft brush (you can use an old toothbrush). Some customers also prefer to use a protectant suede spray to preserve the appearance and water resistance of the suede.
OnSteam® is a technical leather, as it feels and look much like leather. It is a micro fibre material that we use to line our footwear as it offers six times the breathability of leather in addition to its hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial qualities.
OnSteam® is also chrome-free, produced using a CO2-free manufacturing system and is OekoTex 100 certified.

Orders under $100 will incur a $5 postage fee.
Shipping to New Zealand is AUD $30. We deduct the GST after the checkout process, and will email you to notify you of the total charge. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of stock items. For special orders we will provide a non-binding delivery date upon request.

Returns
Change of mind or size swap returns
All returns/exchanges must have been purchased within the last 30 days and returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition (ie. not worn outside or for long periods).Please return the shoes with the paper in between the shoes in box as it was when you received them. If the product shows any signs of wear or damage (such as soiling on the soles or significant marks/creasing on the leather), we cannot resell them and the return will not be accepted. We recommend trying your Nature shoes on a clean and/or carpeted surface to be sure of your size before wearing them outside or for any length of time.Upon receipt of your returned products, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods (minus shipping) providing they meet the conditions for return. Please do not write or use tape on the product box as this is considered part of the product.All returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, however, exchanged goods will be sent back free of charge.
Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30 day return period or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn please contact us.If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate.We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.

Sales Tax
