I’ve purchased several pairs of Nature Boots and find them extremely comfortable. One pair had a faulty sole, which Nature promptly repaired at no cost, including postage. Unfortunately, the issue reappeared—but Nature responded with honesty and care, offering a refund, exchange, or a combination of both. I chose to exchange and have the damaged pair repaired.
Their customer service was outstanding, and Simon in particular was fantastic throughout the process. While I was initially disappointed, the way Nature handled the situation—with transparency and generosity—was rare and impressive. I’ll continue to support them for both the quality of their products and the integrity of their service.

Just received my Barebaric Wave shoes. I thought the Vivo were and are terrific but I’ve fallen head over heels with these. Great styling and comfort from the best shoe people in the business. Barefoot is the way to go
First pair of Duckfeet...and I should have 'taken the plunge' years ago. I haven't experienced shoes quite as comfortable, including some 'big name' pairs. And they feel really solid too - with the option of a re-sole down the track, I'll be living in these for years.
