Christmas Delivery cut-off period
To ensure that your purchase arrives on or before Christmas, orders must be placed on our website before the 14th December for NT, 16th December for WA orders or the 17th December for the rest of Australia using standard post.
For express post, orders must be placed by the 18th December for NT, WA and Tasmania, 21st December for NSW, QLD, SA and ACT and the 22nd for Victoria.
These date includes a buffer day though there are no guarantees orders will arrive in time. We highly recommend placing your order as early as possible, giving your gift the best chance to arrive on time.
We will continue to ship orders until the 24th December, however, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. We also cannot take responsibility for delays to customs clearance timings (if applicable) in specific regions.

Our office opening hours during the Christmas period as follows:
- 24th to 1st January 2024 – Office are closed with limited email support
- 2nd of January 2024 - Resume normal business hours.
