I’ve purchased several pairs of Nature Boots and find them extremely comfortable. One pair had a faulty sole, which Nature promptly repaired at no cost, including postage. Unfortunately, the issue reappeared—but Nature responded with honesty and care, offering a refund, exchange, or a combination of both. I chose to exchange and have the damaged pair repaired.
Their customer service was outstanding, and Simon in particular was fantastic throughout the process. While I was initially disappointed, the way Nature handled the situation—with transparency and generosity—was rare and impressive.
